Crossing Bridges is staffed by individuals who are knowledgeable about horses, and passionate about the work that we do. In addition to the full & part-time riding instructors, we have an amazing team of volunteers who show up for our students everyday.

JENNIFER CLARK
Executive Director & Head Instructor

Jennifer received her Therapeutic Riding Certification through PATH Intl. during the fall of 2013. She has been providing riding camps through the YMCA and private lessons to student’s ages three and up for 10 years. She fell in love with horses at the age of 10 and grew up competing on the Morgan show circuit and on the North Valley HS Equestrian Team. Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development in 2009. Horses and children are her two passions in life; she feels very blessed to have a job where she gets to work with both every day.​

KYLIE CARPENTER
Riding Instructor

Kylie has been in love with horses since she was little, but owned her first horse at age 7. In the 12 years since, she has worked with many different horses, competing in gaming events and riding for pleasure. She will be graduating college with her Associates of Science degree in 2027. She found Crossing Bridges December of 2024, and became a full time Instructor in June of 2025. Her passion and dedication to the kids and horses alike grows everyday. She is so proud to be an Instructor at Crossing Bridges.

RIDING INSTRUCTORS

Crossing Bridges also has Hannah Gilmore, Josie Labart, Atarah Brown, Elizabeth Poole-Long, Annalisa Orton, Jennifer Koehn, and Allie Havens as part-time instructors who assist with lessons each week. All of our part-time instructors are very dedicated to our students and go above and beyond to make sure all of their needs are met during their lessons.
