ABOUT THE PROGRAM.
Horse care makes up 45% of Crossing Bridges operating expenses. Some of the best therapy horses are often older horses, who have backgrounds in various disciplines, some of which have taken a toll on the horse’s bodies. These horses work incredibly hard on a day-to-day basis, keeping our students and instructors safe, and in turn, we know it is our job to keep them healthy and comfortable, so they can do this important job as long as possible. Our horse care expenses have increased by almost 60% in the last year, with a 27% increase in the cost of feed alone. In addition to sponsors for our newer horses, we are looking for 1 or 2 additional sponsors for our currently sponsored horses to keep up with increased costs. FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT:
