Cliff is the owner of C Woodruff Construction in Grants Pass, OR. He has been a builder for 40+ years in the Rogue Valley. He loves to give back to the community he lives in, especially through the lives of children. Cliff has been involved with horses most of his life.

JILL SPALDING, Board Treasurer
Board Member since 2014 Jill works as the Controller at Roseburg Honda and she is a CPA (inactive). Jill was raised in Salem, OR but has lived and worked in the Rogue Valley for many years. She has experience with other non-profits in our community and has a heart for animals. |
KEVIN CLARK, Board Member
Board Member since 2014 Kevin was the Executive Director of the Grants Pass Family YMCA for 27 years and is recently retired. He has also been the assistant Varsity Boys basketball coach at North Valley High School for the past 10+ years. Kevin served as the Rotary Club President in 2012 and has extensive background in non-profit work. His favorite activity outside of work is golfing with his family! |
JULIE WOODRUFF, Board Secretary
Board Member since 2014 Julie is the Administrative Services Manager for ColumbiaCare Services in Medford, OR. She has been riding horses since she was 8 years old and grew up competing on the Morgan show circuit and on the North Valley High School Equestrian Team. Julie has spent the majority of her career working for various non-profits since graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Westmont College in 2008. |
